They call me Birdy. I'm a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, but more importantly, I've spent over 15 years navigating endometriosis. And still counting.
I built the YTA Method because I got tired of seeing women blame themselves when the generic advice failed. I got tired of the judgment, the garden party where I couldn't eat the food, the offended host, the dinner declines, the French rosé I couldn't drink, and the bloated tummy in the bridesmaid dress. I got tired of how little awareness there is around this disease, and how badly women get treated when they're living with it.
I won't pretend to have all the answers. But I do have 15 years of figuring this out the hard way, a coaching certification to back it up, and a real plan to help you stop fighting your body alone.

Life & Mindset Coaching
You cannot heal an exhausted body with an exhausted mind. The physical symptoms are only half the experience; the emotional weight of managing a chronic condition and constantly defending your need to rest is the other half.
In these dedicated 1-on-1 sessions, we work together to navigate medical fatigue, release the guilt of resting, and establish firm, peaceful boundaries. You will learn how to unapologetically protect your daily energy and create a life that supports your healing, rather than one that constantly drains it.

The YTA Movement Method
Anti-Inflammatory Fitness Coaching
Traditional fitness culture spikes cortisol and can easily trigger pelvic flares. Here, we are stepping completely off the treadmill. This is specialized, remote movement coaching focused entirely on what your body actually needs to feel safe: nervous system regulation, gentle lymphatic support, and restorative mobility.
We rebuild your physical strength slowly and intentionally, using movement that restores your body instead of punishing it. You will learn how to tune into your daily energy levels and move in a way that actually helps alleviate pain and stiffness.
