Where I started —
and where I am now
-
You've spent years saying yes to everyone but yourself
-
Life looks fine on paper, yet something quietly doesn't fit
-
You're ready for change, even without knowing the first step
Before I became a coach, I spent almost twenty years working in advertising as an Art Director, UX Designer, and Creative Director. I worked on big projects for well-known brands. It was creative, demanding work, and I genuinely loved a lot of it.
But the longer I was in that world, the more I noticed something that didn't show up in any brief or campaign report. Some of the most talented, hardworking people around me were quietly struggling. They were doing great work on the outside while feeling lost, burned out, or disconnected on the inside. They weren't missing skill or drive. They were missing space — space to slow down, think clearly, and ask themselves what they actually wanted.
I saw people finish big projects and feel nothing. I watched others slowly stop trusting their own instincts. Those moments stuck with me in a way that deadlines and launches never did.
That's when I started asking different questions — not about the work, but about the people doing it. What does it mean to feel good about how you're living, not just how you're performing? What changes when someone finally permits themselves to want something different?
A chapter working as a health coach deepened those questions even further. There too, the most lasting shifts happened when people started believing they were allowed to want more — and began to trust themselves enough to go after it.
I didn't leave advertising because I stopped caring about good work. I left because I realized the most meaningful thing I could offer someone wasn't another round of feedback. It was a real partner — someone to think alongside them, help them get clear, and stay with them while they figured out what was next.
Today, The YTA Method is a gender-neutral life coaching practice open to everyone. Whether you're navigating a career shift, a personal transition, or just a nagging feeling that something needs to change — you're welcome here.
Yes To All —
A philosophy, not just a name
YTA stands for Yes To All.
Yes to discovery. Yes to alignment. Yes to yourself. Yes to all of it.
So many of us arrive at a certain point in life having spent years saying yes to everything and everyone except ourselves. We've followed the roadmaps others handed us, met the expectations placed on us, and somewhere along the way, we lost the thread back to who we actually are.
The YTA Method is about finding that thread again.
I'm a Certified Co-Active Coach, and that model is at the heart of everything I do. Co-Active coaching starts from a foundational truth: you are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. You are not a problem to be solved. You already carry the wisdom you need. What most people are missing isn't answers — it's a partner who truly believes that, and who can hold space while you find your way back to your own voice.
I won't hand you a rigid plan or tell you who to become. I won't pretend to have your answers, because those answers belong to you. What I will do is show up, fully and consistently, as a true partner — curious, honest, and completely in your corner at every step of the climb.
What makes this work different
Real partnership, not a program. Every conversation is built around you — your values, your life, and what a good outcome actually looks like for you. No templates, no generic advice, no pressure to fit someone else's mold.
Clarity as a practice. I've seen firsthand how much a little structure can change things. Together, we'll take what matters most to you and turn it into clear goals and real next steps — so progress feels tangible, not abstract.
Honest, steady support. I'll be straight with you. I'll check in. And I'll help you build something that holds — not just for a few weeks, but over time.
Coming back to yourself. This isn't about becoming a different person. It's about deepening your relationship with the person you already are, so your choices feel grounded and true long after we've finished working together.
Open to everyone. The YTA Method is gender-neutral and unconditionally welcoming. Wherever you're starting from, there's room for you here.
Change doesn't wait for the perfect moment. It starts the second you decide to stop waiting and say yes — to clarity, to yourself, to what's actually possible.
I'd love to hear where you're at. Let's take that first step together.
A note on scope of care
I'm a Certified Life and Health Coach, not a licensed therapist, medical doctor, or mental health provider. The YTA Method offers life coaching and mindset support — not diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care of any kind. This work is designed to complement your existing healthcare and mental health support, not replace it. If you're navigating a mental health condition or medical need, please continue working with the right licensed professionals alongside our coaching.
