Mindset & Boundary Mentorship
The Reality
Endometriosis isn't just a pelvic issue — it's a systemic, whole-body inflammatory condition, and your nervous system is deeply tangled up in it. When you're constantly managing pain, fighting to be believed by doctors, and carrying guilt every time you need to rest, your body gets stuck in "fight-or-flight." That stress keeps cortisol elevated, and elevated cortisol feeds inflammation, which feeds your symptoms. You can't fully break that loop without addressing the mental and emotional load alongside the physical one.
Who This Is For
You feel a wave of guilt every time you cancel plans, rest, or say no.
You're exhausted from having to advocate for yourself at the doctor's office, over and over.
You are a high-achiever who is exhausted from masking your pain in meetings, guarding your energy, and feeling like you are constantly failing your own standards.
Endometriosis has started to feel like it's taken over your identity, and you want to find yourself again underneath it.
What Happens In Our Session
Six weekly 1-on-1 sessions (60 minutes), building on each other week to week:
Weeks 1-2: Understanding your patterns — where your energy actually goes, where the guilt comes from, what's been running the show
Weeks 3-4: Building your scripts and tools — real language for medical appointments, family, friends, and the moments you currently freeze or over-explain
Weeks 5-6: Practicing and reinforcing — putting boundaries into real situations and troubleshooting what comes up
What's Next
Many women move from here into The YTA Movement Method once their mental load is lighter, or choose monthly single check-ins to maintain what they've built.
Stop apologizing for what your body needs.

At week 6, we do a short reflection together — where you started vs. where you are now.
Navigating Medical Fatigue
Building the quiet confidence to advocate for your care without completely draining your energy.
Nervous System Regulation
Unlearning the toxic idea that your worth is tied to your productivity, and learning to view rest as a non-negotiable biological need.
Boundary Setting
We map out exactly where your energy is leaking—whether that is in relationships, work, or daily expectations—and build practical strategies to protect it.

Questions?
-
Stress and pain are deeply connected through your nervous system. When you're constantly stressed — by pain, by guilt, by having to defend your illness — your body stays flooded with cortisol, which drives inflammation and can make pain feel more intense. Lowering that stress load doesn't replace medical treatment, but it removes a real contributor to how bad your symptoms feel day to day.
-
Yes. Endometriosis is fundamentally an inflammatory disease, and that inflammation is behind a lot of what you're dealing with — the endo-belly, the joint stiffness, the fatigue, the pain severity. Managing it isn't a bonus; it's central to feeling better.
-
No. This is one of the most common — and most untrue — things chronic illness makes you believe. Your fatigue is a real, biological response to your body managing constant pain and inflammation. It's not a character flaw. You're not weak for being tired; you're tired because your body is doing a lot of invisible work.
-
Endo is cyclical, so it's easy to mistake a bad stretch for something temporary. But the nervous system patterns and inflammation behind your symptoms usually don't resolve on their own — they need active, gentle management. The good news: with the right support, you can bring your body back to a much more manageable baseline.
-
I don't prescribe or manage medication — that's your doctor's role. What I do is work on the mental and lifestyle side of pain: lowering the stress that amplifies it, building boundaries that protect your energy, and helping your nervous system stay out of constant alarm mode. It's a real piece of the puzzle — just not the medical piece.
-
A friend can listen, but they can't give you a structured plan or hold you accountable to using it. This program gives you actual scripts for hard conversations, a clear week-by-week structure, and someone who has lived this specific illness checking in on whether the tools are actually working for you.
